Nathan Benaich Sure, European nations could invest more in AI but: a. Nations like France are investig 100B+ in the sector. b. They managed to do this without speedrunning fascism or catering to oligarchs. I saw this as someone frustrated with european bureaucracy, but it's the lesser evil.
