I told Member States today that we will do our best to maintain support to refugees and host countries amidst harsh funding cuts. But doing "more with less" is impossible. We are forced to do less with less. My message to governments: now is the time for renewed commitment.

During my last week with UNHCR in Morocco,  inspired to have joined in Tangiers the Mediterranean regatta with a refugee team along teams from France, Egypt, Italia, Libya, Morocco,  Portugal, Spain, Tunisia. Thank you TIBU Africa.
