If you don’t want to be disappointed, keep this in mind. Be prepared to have the most unexpected people let you down. It’s bound to happen at some stage. Amid all this, be yourself and spread goodness as much as possible but don’t expect goodness from everyone.

Those who succeed eventually are the ones who don’t get discouraged when things don’t work out initially. They know the Almighty’s in control. They don’t allow a setback to bother them. They trust that it’s His way of setting them up for something bigger and better!

The Quran 29:63 .... And if you asked them, "Who sends down rain from the sky and gives life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness?" they would surely say " Allah ." Say, "Praise to Allah "; but most of them do not reason.

The Quran 29:64 .... And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew.

Not everyone would like you to succeed. Some may throw dirt in your path. That’s to be expected. Don’t worry. Brush it off, shake it off. Get up again. That’s the mark of a true champion. Ignore the naysayers. Keep moving forward. You’ll get there.

Fear, insecurity & doubt will continue to plague you as long as you listen to the whisperings of Satan & all that society tells you. That’s what this world does! Courage and confidence can only come when your heart is attached to the Almighty. He will strengthen your spirit!

Stay clear of the herd mentality. Why should you do it just because everyone else is doing it? There’s no need to fit in. Let society say you’re the odd one out. Remember, at the end of the day, it’s better to walk alone than with a crowd headed in the wrong direction!

Some will continue to hate you for no apparent reason. Instead of constructive criticism, they’re out to destroy people with their comments. Show them you’re happy with who you are by doing more of what they hate. Show them that you’re not affected by their immaturity!

The Quran 16:69 ...There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying colour wherein is healing for men. Verily, in this is indeed a sign for a people who think ....

Remember, the Almighty does not expect us to have all the answers. He knows, as humans, our knowledge is limited. He expects us to have unwavering faith in Him; knowing that He is always there and that He rewards those who seek Him.

One of the most powerful weapons in the face of hardship is having a good opinion of Allah (husnul thun billah).This means having the firm belief that no matter what Allah does in your life,its for ur own good, and that ur life isn't happening *to* you. It's happening *for* you.

Don't marry someone with the intention of changing them, or trying to fix their bad ways. You might just end up disappointed and messing up your marriage. Marry someone who shares your views on building a home together, based on fundamentals set out by the Almighty!
