We're very happy to share our latest paper, which is by Judith and the groups of Marc Garcia-Borràs and Sarel Fleishman! We used AlphaFold2 and Funclib to design a targeted library of UPO variants, from which we then prepared oxyfunctionalised terpenes. Read here: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
