Resume tip for Tuesday night: always include a career summary at the top of your resume. One paragraph is the mininum.

The focuse of your career summary needs to provide this info: who you are, what you are doing, and why this job fits. Use your keywords.

Character, on your resume, and before your prospective employer speaks volumes about how you will handle your duties and responsibilities.
