A company I recently bought a phone from contacted me to say if I bought one of their new models from Amazon and left a 5* review, they would give me my money back. I did. They did. Never trust Amazon reviews.

My replacement Blink camera, from Amazon but delivered by FedEx, has travelled from Limerick to Shannon, from Shannon to a town just outside Paris (presumably by air) and is due to be delivered to me (in England) some time next week. It probably makes sense to someone....

Went to a local cafe advertising "Afternoon Teas". It was 2.35pm. "We close at 3" was the first greeting I received. Not "stop serving" at 3. They CLOSE at 3pm. I don't think they quite have the concept right. I didn't stay.

A fantastic Saturday night at the Albert Hall. My third time there and they gave me a Plaque. A fantastic audience gave me a wonderful evening and a heart full of great memories. Thank you all for being so kind, so wonderful, and making an older man very very happy.

So what's happening at BBC Radio 2 with Liza Tarbuck? Suddenly resigns from a slot which she hasn't actually hosted for weeks.

I know of a theatre which has a play coming for a week. Each of the 6 performances has sold about 60 tickets. The venue seats 1000+. They won't discount the seats. I feel for the actors. Dynamic pricing only seems to work in one direction.
