๐ In #Kyrgyzstan, the Ombudsmanโs Office restores documents for vulnerable citizens โ including those with Soviet passports โ in just 2 days. No UNHCR help needed. It works because state protection exists. Meanwhile, UNHCR UNHCR Central Asia remains absent where itโs most needed:
