Staines Res: 35+ Arctic Terns early evening. An amazing spring for Arctic Terns this year. Also 2 Yellow wags along the causeway.

Staines Res; 2 Little Terns still at 1330. One on each basin when I left. (alighting on westbank of north basin occasionally). 10+ Black Terns over both basins...difficult to count among hundreds of Swifts. Plus Oystercatcher & Common Sandpiper.

Staines Res: 18 Black Terns reported this morning (KP). 1st summer Mediterranean Gull on west bank of north basin at 0930.
