Hello, this is Renée’s mum. Renée had a MRI a few days ago and we got the results in today. There is a new T2 hyperintense area on her brain. Given other symptoms, we cannot rule out that it is cancer yet. We will be doing more tests, but biopsy is a huge risk.

I’m sorry to say that Renée passed away on the 7th of November. She was incoherent for the last days of her life, we didn’t really get to say goodbye. I am grateful for the relationships she had here, and the kindness she received. Thank you.
