This is exactly why I authored #AB2202. It’s unfair to surprise guests with a long list of chores. AB 2202 requires that all cleaning tasks, and any penalties you face for not completing them, be available to view BEFORE you book a vacation rental. Consumer Federation of California Consumer Watchdog
