Lot of time of #youth leaders speaking on panels goes in explaining to organizers, even progressive ones not to resort to #tokenism & 1 Have more than one young person on the panel 2 Youth aren't just notetakers, can be equal participants 3 Many youth leaders r marginalized(1/n)

#Tokenism really saps young people of all energy and inhibits collaboration and meaningful #youth engagement and young people are so tired and skeptical by the event. If you're a feminist space/ organizer please reflect on how you include young people and the process. (2/n)
