while i was deep in grief, i was researching brain waves & one thing i learned is that during severe depression/grief, we experience theta waves (which usually occur only before deep sleep) while we are awake. we literally sleepwalk through life due to sadness. just wild.

Sigh.. it truly does. Dealing with it in your 20s is tough but better sooner than later.

Evangelism is literally intercession. You are putting yourself out there on the front lines and getting hit with theory after theory of who people think God is and why we are here. If not rooted in your faith, over time it can start to sway you.
