So this morning I accidentally prematurely saved a note and then tried to delete it to rewrite it because you can’t unsave it and instead I managed to delete the ward round entry. Shouts to the medical team who were very sound about it all and just laughed. Happy Friday 🙃.

Thought I was alright at interpreting a chest X-ray and then I rotated to thoracic surgery and now I would please just like to have the knowledge of a radiographer, is that too much to ask for?
