And in the spirit of a new month and goal-setting, along with being a lurker in the #indiedev community, I've decided to get an MVP out for this project by the end of March! 🚀 No more stealth building, it's all #buildinpublic from here on out! Can't wait to get an MVP up soon 🙏

Talked to my ML professor today about FontQuick and he was super helpful! He even has a platform that would be perfect for hosting and walked me through not only production infrastructure but future ideas that he can help on #buildinpublic

Thinking a lot about deep work vs shallow work, light work vs hard work etc... find myself separating a lot of my tasks like this lately. Backend -> deep work, frontend -> shallow work. Agree? #indiedev

Back from spring break and ready to kill it this week… worked a lot of my dataset for #fontquick and got the size down by culling out unpopular fonts. Next: building a function with Deno 🦖 + TypeScript 💬 to get recommendations! 🤖 #buildinpublic #indiehacker

This weeks goals: 🚀 100 followers 🦖 Learn how to read a .npy file in Deno for #fontquick 📺 Share an MVP video for a product I’ve been building in stealth 😉 Can’t wait to share! #buildinpublic #indiehackers

Unfortunately slow progress on this - I’ve actually shifted away from Supabase. I got my prediction script to work locally, but it was not handled well on Demo Deploy which limited the memory hardcore. Firebase has a lot more processing power for what you pay for - time to pivot!

I'm in the top 2% of users on StackOverflow. My content there has been viewed by over 1.7M people. And it's unlikely I'll ever write anything there again. Which may be a much bigger problem than it seems. Because it may be the canary in the mine of our collective knowledge. A
