1 year on from my first Achilles surgery. It’s been one hell of a ride thru the ups and downs and it has been one of the biggest challenges I’ve been through. This type of injury will test you for sure but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel 🤟🏾

6 months into the grind ⏳

I’m going to be rehabbing Regan Grace for the next 5 weeks post DOUBLE Achilles rupture. Our objective is simple: Exit CONFIDENT and TOLERANT to high intensity demands before progressing volume later. The focus on movement will be EVERYTHING. What do you see between 1&2?
