After our closing presentations yesterday, our advisor was able to get us some time in ISS Mission Control and a tour of some of the labs he works in!

Under the sea 🌊🧜‍♀️ This week at Johnson, university students from across the country participated in the 2023 Micro-G NExT Challenge. The students were challenged with a variety of tasks including tool design for future NASA Artemis missions to the Moon.

A little over a week ago our MicroG Teams participated in testing at the NBL. Both project teams had a great time and got useful feedback from their time at Johnson Space Center! #MicroGNExT #NASASTEM #NASA

During MicroG Testing week, our members had the opportunity to work with NASA Lunar Simulant on their tools. This material is the closest engineers have to the real thing on the moon, allowing them to ensure effective dust resistance on mission EVA equipment.
