What a fantastic discussion with @womendev on equitable partnerships. Biggest takeaway for us, is that trust and respect is *key* as is an understanding of power dynamics that exist within funding relationships

Great point from Uma Mishra #BlackLivesMatter #FreePalestine TheRacialEquityIndex on the reality of the change that needs to happen in global dev. She suggests that it isn't about dismantling age-old systems - they can't be dismantled, but it's about holding those structures and their power-holders to account.
