"Perhaps..." She appreciated his attempt at comforting her. But she didn't turn to look at her brother. If she did she knew exactly what she would see. The same face she saw this night years ago. The face of her brother covered in rain and blood as their duel came go a close.

Diluc rested her head atop Mona's head and sighed. "Well, you always tease me. I wanted to return the favour. Besides..." She whispered in Mona's ear. "The people here were ogling you. I want everyone to know you're spoken for."

Diluc pouted. Even when she tried to make Mona blush via teasing, she was the one who ended up a crimson flushed mess. "Yeah... you're my girlfriend... not theirs." She groaned and buried her face against Mona's back, to hide her rapidly growing blush.

Diluc just wrapped her arms tighter around Mona and kissed her neck. She was right, Diluc just hated when people looked at Mona like that. Yes she was beautiful, but she was so much more then that. She was smart, funny, kind and even more. "I don't like how they look at you."

Diluc returned the hug, pulling Mona in tight as she sighed, a smile making it's way onto her face. "Well if any of them did touch the future Mona Ragnvindr, they would be hearing from me." She looked awa.y the second she realised what had just slipped out of her mouth.

"One day. I promise. I'll get you the most fancy ring and we'll have the most memorable wedding in all Teyvat." She pressed her own lips to Mona's in a deeper and longer lasting kiss. She really did love the astrologist and she didn't care if the entire world knew.

Crim - Sorry I haven't been around much. Real life came knocking and demanded it's existence tax. Things were hectic and I was very demotivated, but I'm back now. Apologies everyone.
