Mark Gill and Gerry Flynn celebrate with the late Ron Manley after his famous goal against Linfield at Windsor Park in a 1-0 win in September 1993. Ron was firstly a Glentoran legend, but was very much loved in his time in a little corner of North Belfast.

They say leave the football before the football leaves you. I've been extremely fortunate throughout my time in football to play for great clubs and to have come into contact with so many brilliant people. All I can say is thank you to everyone who helped me along the way 🔴⚪️

We are Ireland's oldest football club. The membership of the club may be making a decision in the coming months on the long term direction of Cliftonville. Please do so rationally, conscious of both our past and future and what we leave for those generations of Reds who follow.

10 years of commitment and loyalty to coach the club he loves. This man has been more than a coach; he’s been a friend. Tonight, I couldn’t be happier for him. After all the years of hard work he got exactly what he deserved—a cup win against Linfield. Thank you Hazer
