This is Dawn Marsden. She is now employed by Angela Rayner. In a previous role, Mrs Marsden held a key role in what was then the Oldham Evening Chronicle. Her husband Carl Marsden has already been exposed in his role whilst employed by Oldham Council in his role in the cover up
