I've churned far too much butter for someone who was born in the late 20th century

With my intense postpartum recovery still ongoing, we made the tough decision for me to stop working. I am going to miss the CHL so much. I worked for years to get my dream job and it’s hard to step away. What a great place to work. Onto gallbladder surgery Monday!

Of course my baby started her 4 month sleep regression early right after I had surgery and I can’t lift her. My poor husband

One thing that I will forever always miss about working at the CHL is the women’s history luncheon. It was my favorite work event every year. I hope it was so fun!

Like if you give a mouse a cookie but if you speak in sacrament meeting, you’ll be asked to sub gospel doctrine to go with it. (Jokes obviously. I love teaching)

How many times do you say “I think she must be teething” when your baby has a grumpy day before she actually starts teething? Haha

Will not be watching this but excited for any think pieces/scholarship that comes out of it. It’s littler every sister missionary’s worst nightmare youtu.be/O9i2vmFhSSY?si…

Just had someone like an old Goodreads review of a book I read on Mormon Art. And reposting again here because yeah it was a good book

Thankful for a baby that finally naps independently so I can apply to MHA again. I’ve been out of the workforce/academia for almost a year so keep your fingers crossed for me 🤞
