This is an amazing paper that develops a new approach to location choice modeling that out performs conditional logit models, makes a lot more sense, and provides simple methods to estimate the model. A great paper!

Anyone know where to find 1951-1980 National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) climate normals data (ideally for counties) stations ok too. Thank you!

Looking for data advice! Are there housing deed transaction data that has not been 'precleaned' by a data vendor? ATTOM + Corelogic delete transactions of parcels that no longer exist. e.g. had a parcel number change. I want to see those transactions! Who might have these data?
