Final academic celebrations yesterday for my Strathclyde Diploma! Here’s to the next chapter ❤️

I am delighted to share that I will be joining Aamer Anwar & Co - Solicitors and Notaries as a Trainee Solicitor! I look forward to working with this leading firm in the civil actions & Public Inquiries unit and criminal defence team, always upholding the values we share.

This morning I put my gown on for the very first time to appear at Paisley Justice of the Peace Court. Prior to the case calling, a negotiation with the PF resulted in the case being dropped. The advocacy will have to wait for another day - for now, a happy client and trainee!

One year ago today I began my traineeship Aamer Anwar & Co - Solicitors and Notaries. From working on three Public Inquiries to appearing in Court, it has been a steep learning curve yet a great experience and start to my career. I have much more to learn, and I’m looking forward the year ahead!

🎉 Yesterday, we set a new record by admitting 127 new solicitors in a single day at the historic Signet Library in Edinburgh. We hosted two ceremonies where President Susan Murray presented certificates of enrolment.🏛️✨ Our president, Susan Murray expressed her excitement:
