Interesting work! nature.com/articles/s4146… SCFA (from the microbiome) work to modulate CTLA-4. This in turn altered the drug activity of Ipilimumab. Could SCFA be altered in mice from different breeders? We showed a CD28SA response was impacted by microbiome composition.🤔
