Went to Boots yesterday to buy a new hairdryer. Had my work bag with me (which obviously must look like the ideal shoplifting bag) as the security guard stood right next to me (no social distance) and just glared at me while I was trying to read the specs. Walked out!

Brand new and paid in full. Yet After 3 months, 5 upholsterers, 2 problems with the chair, 5 with the sofa, Multiple calls/emails/visits from ScS refusing to replace or refund. Monday afternoon we’ll be seeing the solicitor!! Disgraceful!
