I just got 25 strangers together for the most life changing trip we’ve ever had. The thing about irrational optimism is that it solves everyone’s biggest problem. The want and need to be loved and appreciated for who we are. You are worthy and you are loved. You are worthy of so

GROCERIES ARE A CULTURAL EXPERIENCE 🛒 Grocery stores are not just food, but a window to another culture. I enjoy going there a lot, especially in another country.

When going to grocery stores in other countries I get to learn more about the eating habits of its people and what foods they have access to. I can see what people there usually eat and I can try out new foods. I can get creative and find my ingredients for my next meal.

SMALL HABITS COMPOUND 📈 Your daily habits matter and go a long way. Your health depends on what you do every single day, not what you just do once. Those small habits might seem insignificant in the short term, but they make a big difference over a bigger time period.

Are you taking the stairs instead of the elevator?🚶‍ Are you cooking at home instead of eating fast (garbage) food? 🍔 Are you working out instead of scrolling your phone?🏋🏻‍♂️ Are you learning new skills instead of watching TV? 📺

Genuine and deep connections were made in Morocco, real BROTHERHOOD (and sisterhood). Everyone came back home with new inspiration and a burning desire for a better life. Big thanks to Optimist Prime ⚡️ and E-go for organizing this amazing retreat, TRAILER BY Matt Sichkaruk 🎥

You can’t always go to the gym, especially when you are traveling and visiting other countries. Gymbros are scared of loosing their muscle mass if they don’t follow their usual routine. Let me tell you that maintaining muscle is much easier than building it, so don’t worry!

You are probably going to loose some mass while traveling. That is just how it is, but you should not limit yourself just because you don’t want to leave your comfort zone. There are many ways to train, even if you don’t have much time.

You can find local gyms. You can do bodyweight exercises or use resistance bands. You can do other acitvites for once, such as hiking, swimming, etc. Our body is much stronger than you think and you will build back what you potentially lost in no time.
