Cancelled Spotify premium and being immediately reminded why I bought in the first place. Nothing like 4 straight non-skippable ads to get you in the zone! $SPOT

We’ve reached the point in the Twitter cycle where I now have no idea if people are being snarky or genuine when they do the “👇👇👇”

If you live in the US, with a good credit score (700+), and have a 30-year, non-VA fixed rate mortgage... what rate are you currently paying?

You often see people quoting how "back in the day" their first mortgage rate was 7-15% - which sounds extreme compared to today. But isn't that ignoring the context, at those same times, you could also earn significantly higher interest in risk-free savings accounts, CDs, etc.?

Out of nearly 300 U.S. companies with 10 years of 5%+ annual revenue growth and $20B+ market caps, only 13 meet another rare test: all are down 25% or more in the past 6 months.
