I met a RE developer working on a 15+ acre parcel in Tempe, AZ. 500+ apartments, shopping, parking garage, senior housing, affordable housing. He texted me this morning saying their second city council meeting is next week and wants me to speak on behalf of the project.

I had a guest check into one of our Airbnb's yesterday and told us there was a laptop in there. I pick it up today. Get it charged up and open it up to look at the same. I search the name in our history for that room and the guest stayed with us in April... Never called...

I don’t know if this is genius or stupid.. If I’m the first to think of it or the last… Why doesn’t USPS deliver 3 days a week? Cut staff by 20-40%. Keep it around but deliver fewer days. Am I crazy? Why wouldn’t this work?

Been working with this seller for several weeks. Owner had dementia but the son, who is out of state has full POA. Worked with them on closing dates, leaving furniture behind, anything else they needed. I think we will keep this one as a rental unless another deal comes along.

There’s always someone to do it cheaper and always someone to do it more expensive. There’s a price for everyone out there! Maybe this guy does a good job remodeling a bathroom for 10k maybe he doesn’t. Homeowners job to interview and check the previous work and other customers.

I met with a guy today who is having similar struggles with self management. But he brought up a cool idea. bring in 5 other owners with 30+ properties and start a property management company to manage all our properties. We own it but also benefit from economies of scale. WDYT?
