I'm getting better at covid tests. Back in high school I learned the spoon in the nose trick and would jokingly conceal toothpicks in there to pull out and clean my teeth at just the right moment to freak someone out. The swabs are just a little more irritating.

This one family at church has been posting constant photos of them traveling and visiting family the last couple months. I have made a point of not being around them or their close friends. Good thing. They're all sick with COVID.

I met someone with the name "Christian Rock" and now I can answer, "Well, I've met Christian Rock, and I'm sure he doesn't even know you." whenever someone says they don't like Christian rock.

We have some ducklings in our yard, and while most are mixed black and yellow there was one all yellow one. The use of the word "was" and the kestrel I've seen around are likely related.

Shout out to all the youth pastors who have been so instrumental in spreading COVID by youth activities, and the churches that pushed them to do it.

Another COVID funeral. I didn't know him very well. He started attending our church last year because his previous church encouraged people to wear masks too much.

Took my daughter out to eat at a restaurant for the first time since March 13, 2020. I've missed being able to do that.
