The most puzzling ranking tonight is Utah at 13. Best win per Sagarin is Arizona State (37) which played with a backup QB. Beat CFP 25 Cincinnati (who is 38 in SAG). It's SOS and SOR are both worse than Miami and Vanderbilt, each of whom are ranked behind the Utes.
