We’re super pleased that our very own Stumbles Cycles has got a new premise. He’s just moved in this weekend but lot’s of progress already. Why not pop in for an affordable bike service. 271-273 London Road :) Stumblescycles.co.uk #cycle #reading #independentshop

It is undeniable that more men cycle than women, but building safe infrastructure (safety being a key barrier to cycling for women), ensures more people will have the confidence to cycle. This morning here, 20 cyclists in this clip, 11 of whom are women.

Last summer's improvements to the station subway - including making it open to cyclists and increasing ceiling height - have been complemented even more by some fab artwork at the entrance that lights up at night. Quite an impressive approach to the station now!

readingchronicle.co.uk/news/25043289.… This can't come soon enough, e-bikes don't belong in pedestrian zones, esp. the ones that are really illegal motorbikes.

Great to attend the APPG for cycling and walking event with Steve Bate of British Cycling and Maseem Akhtar of Saheli Hub, which encourages women to become cycling leaders in their community.

I raised residents’ concerns about the irresponsible use of e-bikes, and the dangers of unregulated modifications people make to them, during a debate on product safety.

It’s time to tax these ridiculous vehicles off our city streets. 'Supersize SUVs much more likely to cause fatal injury to cyclists and pedestrians' standard.co.uk/news/transport…

Our streets are not safe for children because, as a society, we have collectively accepted that driving oversized SUVs, with bonnets so high that a small child becomes invisible, is more important than a childs life
