Categories of voters that benefit from #RankedChoiceVoting: ☑️ Voted for "lesser of 2 evils" ☑️ Didn't vote bc refused to vote for lesser of 2 evils ☑️ Voted for other than a Democrat or Republican

You know what would be great is #RankedChoiceVoting so that there’s no spoiler effect and people can vote for whomever they want with no fear of ‘wasting their vote’ or ‘helping someone win.’ Modernity not suppression. Forward Party

I spent 3 years mainstreaming universal basic income. Now I’m going to spend at least that long mainstreaming open primaries, ranked choice voting and independent politics as the keys to breaking us out of a polarized duopoly and giving people a real choice and chance.

Elon Musk Yes the Forward Party is fighting for open primaries!! They’re on the ballot in Nevada and Missouri. But ranked choice voting is different - it’s a better voting process that eliminates the spoiler effect, enables competition and rewards broad appeal youtu.be/3Y3jE3B8HsE

People are fixated on the spoiler effect. 1. It can be easily addressed with #RankedChoiceVoting which has many other positive effects, and 2. It only applies in very select contests in a country where 70% of races are uncontested or non competitive. The answer is more not less.

The current race for Governor in Oklahoma is yet another example of why Ranked Choice Instant Runoff Voting is the right choice for Oklahoma!

I’m pumped that Nevada seems poised to pass #RankedChoiceVoting and #nonpartisanprimaries! It’s a huge step forward in allowing all voters to have a say in the primaries and will improve incentives for both candidates and officeholders. 👍🚀
