May 14, #rcmpmb executed a warrant at a home in Grand Rapids, to search for 42yo Kenneth Sanderson who was WANTED on 9 Canada-wide warrants. He fled out the back & jumped in the river. PSD Phlex assisted w getting him back to shore & he was arrested. He was remanded into custody.

May 10, #rcmpmb conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in Berens River First Nation. A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of a loaded gun, 66 g of cocaine & over $1300.00. A 26yo female is facing charges & 35yo Emile Williams was charged & remanded into custody.

14yo female deceased after attending Nursing Station in Chemawawin Cree Nation with serious injuries early morning of May13. #rcmpmb determined death to be a homicide. Kingsley Lachose, 19, arrested later in the morning on May13 for 2nd Degree Murder.

May 11, Swan River #rcmpmb responded to a report of a male armed with an edged weapon in Sapotaweyak Cree Nation. The male got into a vehicle & drove dangerously & at high speeds around the community before he crashed & was arrested. 26yo Errol Leask has been charged.
