Royal College of Emergency Medicine have been saying this for years. Meanwhile in England @NHSE/Department of Health and Social Care touting all sorts of demand management ideas as the cure for crowding (won’t work), whilst avoiding critical investment in hospital capacity, and social care. Sticking plasters don’t heal deep wounds
