Victoria fell silent today to mark Remembrance Sunday. The Governor, Chief Secretary, Chairman of the Urban Council, along with senior officers of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, Royal Hong Kong Regiment and the Hong Kong Military Service Corps, laid wreaths at the Cenotaph, followed by a speech by Chief Secretary Verdictless.
