Yet again Uber Support and Uber South Africa are trying to steal my money. I ordered an uber on 1st Aug to go home but the CANCELLED the trip. Uber driver charges me R450 CANCELLATION FEE. WTF

I report to Uber Support Uber South Africa that the amount is ridiculously high for the cancellation of a trip i never even took. The reply by charging R250 which is still high. When i ask them to explain the claim that it's for standard CLEANING FEE🤔....!!??
