GitHub requests have been failing intermittently over the past day or so, at times affecting up to 25% of RawGit requests. But that means 75% of requests are working fine, so I got that goin’ for me, which is nice.

You should use jsDelivr instead of RawGit.

This is why we can’t have nice things. Security researchers, you do important work, but please don’t distribute web exploits via RawGit, even for demo purposes. It makes my life difficult, gets RawGit blocked for serving malware, etc. zdnet.com/article/nasty-…

You can now request files from any GitHub branch without specifying a commit hash: cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/jsdelivr/js… If there are no releases cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/jsdelivr/js… serves the latest commit from master too. Our RawGit migration tool has been updated as well: jsdelivr.com/rawgit 🎉

Our jsDelivr Bot is now scanning GitHub for broken RawGit links and sending PRs with JsDelivr alternatives. Makes migration as easy as clicking the merge button 🙌
