Interesting Artist Fact: "Home for Christmas" (1955): Norman Rockwell's portrayal of a young boy returning home for Christmas captures the emotional reunion between a soldier and his family, a scene that resonated deeply with Americans during the post-war era. (1/2)

Interesting Artist Fact: Caravaggio’s painting, “Nativity with St Francis and St Lawrence,” which was painted in 1600, happens to also be one of art history’s great mysteries. It was stolen from Palermo, Italy’s Oratory of Saint Lawrence in 1969. (1/2)

The #Ravens have only had two general managers in their history: Ozzie Newsome (1996-2018) and Eric DeCosta (2019-Present). Baltimore never conducted a search for a new GM when Newsome retired after 2018, as they had already designated DeCosta as the GM-in-waiting back in 2007.

In that span, DeCosta turned down 9 offers from other teams. But Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti said that he would have allowed DeCosta to leave for the #Packers' GM opening in 2018, stating it was the best job on the market. #Ravens #RavensFlock

The 52nd running of the #Daytona500 in 2010 was famously delayed as the race was halted by two red flags for nearly three hours after a section of asphalt between turns 1 and 2 came loose, and crews struggled to patch the aging asphalt. #TheGreatAmericanRace #NASCAR

The first red flag lasted 100 minutes and 45 seconds, while the second delay lasted a more manageable 44 minutes and 35 seconds. #NASCAR #TheGreatAmericanRace #Daytona500

The original patchwork did not hold, necessitating an additional 46 minutes of repairs. Track officials reported that the track was inspected in the morning before the race, and no problems were found. #NASCAR #TheGreatAmericanRace #Daytona500

They further cited the unusually cold temperatures in Daytona Beach as the cause of the delays. The cooler temperatures & shade on that section of the racetrack reportedly caused the material used to patch the track to cool too quickly. #TheGreatAmericanRace #Daytona500 #NASCAR

He is the 13th #Ravens player to eclipse 1,000 yards in a season and the first since receiver Mike Wallace in 2016. Andrews finished with 10 catches for 136 yards and two scores, his second straight game with at least 10 catches and 100 yards. #RavensFlock
