Last wednesday, after 69 days at sea, the Raven KASTER mini boat washed ashore in Portugal from Ireland, and MARE had the opportunity to be part of the rescue team ! Raven KASTER is part of the Passages educational programme promoted by the Marine Institute, Memorial University of Memorial University

Part of the Educational Passages project, the Raven KASTER miniboat was relaunched into the Atlantic on April 24, 2024. 🌊On July 3, it was successfully recovered in Portugal, with the help of #ISRLisboa researcher Luís Sebastião, who coordinated the mission & forecasted its landing. ✨🌎
