Experience shows me it’s a waste of time. It sucks to be a tree in this city. The two year warranty is not a justification for neglect.

You really have to hate trees to mulch them so badly- year after year. Public Storage hire competent “landscapers”. why does TREES TO PLEASE allow this on city boulevards?

Apparently, someone with decision making power decided to dismantle this beautiful little garden previously located on public housing property. Punishing community members, especially low income folks, for claiming & being good stewards of their spaces is bad policy & cruel.
