Matiullah Jan Muhammed Hamza Shafqaat AoA, I'm the Assistant Commissioner City, Islamabad and this fine was imposed for violation of Covid-19 SOPs. The fine will be deposited in Cheif Commissioner's Magisterial Account (National Bank F8) on Monday. I will post a picture of the receipt as soon as the deposit is made.
