The Laker Dance Team left it all on the floor during the State Qualifying round. The Class AA results will be announced around 4:00. The top six advance to the State Finals at 7:30.

What a great weekend for the Lakes 15u boys basketball team! Congratulations on winning the Midwest Kick-off Classic in Eden Prairie. They learned a lot on the court and had a ton of fun together hoop’in, playing laser tag, shooting pool, and just hanging out!

I was given a tour of Detroit Lakes High School by principal Josh Omang and activities director Rob Nielsen. A seamless mix of old and new, the school is world-class. You can clearly tell how much folks care about young people in Detroit Lakes. Well done!
