🧠 Brain‑stem morphometry : Trace free‑hand ROIs • Pons (P) area – include pontine tegmentum. Linear widths on the same slice • Pons width – exclude pontine tegmentum PSP cut‑offs:  ▪︎ MB / P area < 0.22 (≤ 0.20 highly specific)  ▪︎ MB / P width < 0.52
