Day 7 !! Pathetic Daikin India

Day 7. Daikin India not able to service the AC. The service guy said it was Eid Holiday and then Sunday so he will come on Monday only. Now they don’t pick up phone. Pathetic !!!

I won’t recommend Daikin India to anyone. It’s not the product you buy but the service also. Very unprofessional

Day 12 since I’ve placed request to serve the AC. Daikin India not able to service the AC. First capacitor was changed, but problem still persists. Now they don’t even bother to respond to phone call.

I had to buy 6 AC’s for my office but I guess I’m saved at nick of the time so I don’t have to buy Daikin India at any cost. Pathetic service. No resolution, no response

So after booking and making payment for 3 months for airtel India internet broadband connection, the installation guy doesn’t show up, after repeated followup, tells me that he can’t come so cancel the connection. Brilliant service airtel India

Dear TATA CLiQ Luxury what’s the point of using your so called luxury services if my order has reached my city on 1.8.25 but still not delivered ??

Another disappointing service by TATA CLiQ Luxury. Ordered something for Rakshabandhan, product reached my city on 1st, promised to be delivered on 6th. It was out for delivery yesterday but still not delivered. As usual, so called Tata Luxury is a major disappointment

Dear HealthKart my order reached my city on 25th and still not delivered. Since last 3 days your customer service is trying to resolve the issue. What’s taking so long ?

With such customer service, why don’t I go to market and buy anything on my own instead of using services like HealthKart. Pathetic

6 days to just keep it and not deliver. Despite complaining daily for 3 times still no resolution. Pathetic service HealthKart

So HealthKart failed to deliver a product which reached my city on 25.9.25 and till date no resolution despite multiple complaints. Finally cancelling the order and deleting the app.

It is so surprising that companies like HealthKart don’t even bother to resolve issues despite multiple complaints and follow ups. Seems like they don’t even care ! Highly disappointed
