Vinod Sharma (EncyclopediaNoida) Sector 75 is really in bad shape. As an experiment/favour sector was given to a builder to sublease plots to various builders for flats and shopping malls. Builder was to fully develop sector, ie roads, parks, street lights, etc and this builder is not doing roads, etc nor NA.
