Honble CM Office, GoUP Yogi Adityanath ji, the proposal to moderate stamp duty for rent/lease agreements is welcome. However kindly note that reluctance to register is on part of tenants refusing to comply with new rent act. Adjudication for such disputes needs to be expedited.
