Why do companies such as Govia Thameslink mistreat customers so badly? railforums.co.uk/threads/southe… Can GTR please simply reimburse their customer, who followed GTR staff advice/instructions at all times, instead of arguing with them? What's wrong with GTR's customer services staff?
