Why are Eurostar UK mistreating customers and reneging on their contracts? railforums.co.uk/threads/eurost… If Eurostar need to retime trains, they MUST give passengers the option to rebook, if the new time no longer suits. Why are @eurostar so hostile? The Man in Seat 61 are you aware?

Nonsensical price rises by Avanti West Coast railforums.co.uk/threads/avanti… Standard Premium is now so expensive that in numerous cases it's cheaper to buy a First Class ticket. Why do so many GB train companies not think things through?

RailUK Forums (@railukforums) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Why do companies such as Govia Thameslink mistreat customers so badly? railforums.co.uk/threads/southe… Can GTR please simply reimburse their customer, who followed GTR staff advice/instructions at all times, instead of arguing with them? What's wrong with GTR's customer services staff?

It's not 1st April, is it? Meanwhile, a sensible operator such as RailService SBB CFF FFS allows people to board at the advertised departure time. Why do we have to suffer such awful operating companies in the UK?

RailUK Forums (@railukforums) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Are you happy Greater Anglia at this outcome? railforums.co.uk/threads/stanst… Is the intention to deter people who make mistakes from travelling by train in future?

RailUK Forums (@railukforums) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Malpractice at companies such as Govia Thameslink is rife; many people are wrongly demanded settlements and typically don't realise this was incorrect, unless they happen to come across our forum. e.g. railforums.co.uk/threads/should… Will Thameslink do the right thing and reimburse them?

Give priority to people crossing, waiting to cross or cycling straight ahead when turning in and out of junctions. Check the changes, let’s keep each other safe. #HighwayCode

Poor behaviour by CrossCountry Trains : railforums.co.uk/threads/grimsb… Sadly, the rail industry regularly rejects valid Delay Repay claims on a regular basis, and makes it very difficult for customers to assert their rights. If only there was an effective watchdog, ombudsman or regulator!

RailUK Forums (@railukforums) 's Twitter Profile Photo

We lengthy delays occur, Thameslink wants people to wait on crowded platforms, not on concourses or using station facilities : railforums.co.uk/threads/intere… Why is this so Thameslink ? Can you please reconsider?

Travelling with London North Eastern Railway? They want you to "buy direct" and not from us. Why? Because we can charge a lot less for th same journey than LNER charge. railforums.co.uk/threads/our-si…

LNER are urging their customers to "book direct", and not sites such as ours. Why do they do this? Check out the prices, to see why... 1343 Newcastle to Kings Cross ÂŁ318.20 with LNER ÂŁ77.48 from us We also offer a seat selector, so why should people book direct with London North Eastern Railway ?

"Why pay more?' Good question! However, the reality is that it is typically cheaper to book through us, than to book with LNER. x.com/RailUKForums/s… LNER are clearly abusing a dominant market position to obtain free and misleading adverts

This is incorrect from Northern Rail. When the booked train is cancelled, the company must allow appropriate/suitable alternatives. A passenger cannot be forced to incur a delay of 60+ minutes in order to satisfy Northern's desire to stick to the same "route" This is absurd!

RailUK Forums (@railukforums) 's Twitter Profile Photo

railforums.co.uk/threads/delay-… Southeastern why are you passing on claims for delayed Southeastern services to Thameslink ? (Steve White are you aware that this sort of thing goes on? Sadly, it's rife across the entire rail industry!)

RailUK Forums (@railukforums) 's Twitter Profile Photo

railforums.co.uk/threads/gwr-de… Why are there so many hoops to go through, in order to claim Delay Repay? Not only are the forms difficult enough, but many claims are only reluctantly paid on appeal. GWR are the culprits this time, but it's a common theme

Can you please issue the compensation due to your customer in this case and ensure that your staff act correctly and appropriately in future, Thameslink ? railforums.co.uk/threads/intere…
