TechEquity We found that almost two-thirds of the landlords we surveyed received tenant screening reports that contained some AI-generated score or recommendation, and they often rely heavily on the score alone to make rental decisions.

Public service message for professors: AI-generated text detection doesn't work. If you're worried about students writing with gen AI, force them to use Google Docs or Office 365. Both keep editing history log. Ask ""show me your work" and see how their writing evolved.
