I'm really upset that Disney Store (Italy) cancelled my order for the #GalaxysEdge REN Helmet. I ordered two helmnets, one for me and one for a friend, on November 13th, as soon as it was online. Now the product is sold out, this is quite frustrating.

Disney Store "Ops we did a mess" but this is frankly unacceptable. Are you not managing the orders with FIFO logic? I want to know how this can happen.
